Registration fee
Early registration (until July 20, 2023)

Registration fee includes:

  • Participation in scientific sessions
  • Conference package
  • Daily refreshments and lunches
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Guide tour – Old Town in Warsaw

For students, we can offer accommodation in dormitories (with toilet and bathroom shared for four rooms) on the WULS campus. The cost of:

  • single room – 20 euros per person
  • double room – 15 euros per person
  • three-person room – 10 euros per person

Important note: Due to the fact that the administration of dormitories cannot issue invoices, the fee for a room in a dormitory must be paid together with the conference fee. Therefore, the daily room rate, multiplied by the number of days, must be added to the conference fee. This will allow us to issue an invoice for the entire amount paid.
